Victor1st cries "They Stole Our Ideas"

There are many things you'll hear VicTurd say repeatedly... "I wet myself".... "I made in my pants"...."They stole our ideas".

Its amazing that StarTrek-Gamers has been ripped off so much. Why can't other sites do their own original things and not steal Victor's ideas? Lets take a look at all STG has to offer and highlight the originality...

  • STG CLAN BASE
DID STG COPY THE IDEA FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE: Yep

So STG has a listing of clans... something thats been done on the Internet before his site even existed. In fact STG itself says they 'stole' the idea from a site that listed Star Trek clans long ago... the Ferengi Commerce Authority. Not only is the software they are using something they got from another site.. even the name 'STG ClanBase' is 'stolen' from another popular clan based community site... www.Clanbase.com

  • STG CENTRAL FORUMS
DID STG COPY THE IDEA FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE: Yep

Forums... forums... I can't think of a single fansite that has ever used forums before. LMAO! We don't even need to say anything about this one... kinda like saying you were the first to create breathing.

  • HARDTALK INTERVIEWS
DID STG COPY THE IDEA FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE: Yep

Interviewing people isn't new... and neither is STG's slant on it. VicTurd confesses he 'stole' the idea from this BBC show.

  • HISTORY OF TREK GAMES
DID STG COPY THE IDEA FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE: Yep

VicTurd cries that people copy his ideas... and yet the idea for a 'history of' informational like that goes back hundreds of years. You can find 'history of' articles all over... Video Games, Quake, Twinkies you name it. VicTurd would tell you he had the idea for doing a history of Star Trek games first. Course the problem with that is... Gamespot did it before him.

  • DOWNLOADS & PATCHES
DID STG COPY THE IDEA FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE: Yep

Obviously claiming originality in offering downloads is complete bull... sites have had that for years. Yet if you put up Star Trek gaming downloads you fall into the 'they stole our ideas' group... how laffable is that? Before VicTurd was doing it... before ArmadaFleetCommand was doing it... a site called STAMODS was doing it... and did it bigger then anyone else.

  • GAME NEWS & INFORMATION
DID STG COPY THE IDEA FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE: Yep

Fansites for games predates VicTurd by years and years. Star Trek fansites about Star Trek games predates VicTurd by years and years... way back to fansites about the Star Trek games they ran on old mainframes. Nothing original in this.

  • STGN NEWS SYSTEM (FORUM BASED NEWS SYSTEM)
DID STG COPY THE IDEA FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE: Yep

VicTurd had a big announcement about the 'Star Trek Gamers News Network' when he first released it. Big opening of their new forum based news system... even had a demo you could watch... claimed it was a Trek gaming first! LMAO! Truth of the matter is STG was using the TUN news system (called ONSCREEN) for a year or so prior. TUN stands for Trek Universe Network... you probably know it better by its current name.. Star Trek Gaming Universe (STGU.com). Yep... VicTurd was using STGU's forum based news systme (which also had a 'demo' you could watch). So fact of the matter is TUN did it first... VicTurd used it... then he creates a copy of it for STG and claims he did it first. LMAO!! ...and he screamed 'They Stole Our Ideas' when Trek-Online used a forum based new system.

  • PODCASTS
DID STGY COPY THE IDEA FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE: Yep

Where did STG come up with this original idea to do a podcast? Where else... from STGU.com's Hailing Frequency. ChessMess was the first person on the net to create a podcast dedicated to Star Trek gaming... leave it to VicTurd to yell out "They Stole Our Idea".

They offer some other minor things like hosting but claiming those as original would be like claiming you were the original creator of water. Pretty clear on just how many 'original ideas' VicTurd comes up with. The old story about throwing rocks in glass houses or the teapot calling the kettle black fit like a glove. Sorry VicTurd... the fact that you 'say' their your original ideas... doesn't make them original ideas. It just makes you look like an idiot.

Next time you see VicTurd or Katurine or any other STG stooge yelling about stolen ideas... post a link to this blog article so they know... you don't buy their BS.

Why not put your names to these comments??
Anyway the threads were locked by the moderator so that the posts of 'informative comments' can be pooled under one thread.

er let me think about it-no-the proof-is this blog shutting wildfart and victurd the hell up-
they tried to make light of it until the facts got too close to home-Wild does a "aw shucks cut it out"- and vic just ignores it hoping it will go away- dreading he ever linked it in the first place-they are probably quaking in their boots- hoping no one links this blog to the legacy boards-you bet your ass they will behave-for a while-I'm sure it pissed them off when they figured out they cant shut this blog down for terms of service violations-this is an opinion blog-and these are opinions HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

Great blog, I really enjoyed it, to say it in Victurds words: I almost wet myself.
